New and clean facilities with well-designed rooms. Convenient location across from a train station on the Yamanote line. Helpful staff. Cafe with good WIFI and nice view, and a store with souvenirs. Great value for money.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the center and just a short walk away from the train station and metro station. The staff at the hotel were helpful and answered all my questions carefully. The rooms and toilets were super clean, and my family loved the layout of the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is absolutely awesome, just a short 3-minute walk to the train station. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being just a short distance away from Otsuka station on the Yamanote Line. This allowed us to easily access all the places we wanted to visit in Tokyo. The area around the hotel was also filled with great eateries and shops, making it a vibrant and lively neighborhood to explore. The staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The bed layout, with a mezzanine level, added a unique touch to the room and maximized the use of space.
The breakfast provided at the hotel was not up to par, with poor quality and high prices.
